Sodexo Live!, the official caterer of Caesar’s Superdome, has exercised its option to be the exclusive caterer for all 2025 Endymion events held in Caesar’s Superdome. Therefore, no other caterers will be allowed entry to Caesar’s Superdome to deliver catering to Extravaganza tables. Also, caterers other than Sodexo Live! will not be allowed access to the Caesar’s Superdome property at anytime during the day of the parade and Extravaganza.

Guests attending the Extravaganza will be allowed to bring food and drink into the Caesar’s Superdome.

Please note, however, that only sturdy, Igloo-type ice chests of 48-quart size or smaller will be allowed. Ice chests can be wheeled however no other types of carts or wagons will be allowed. Anyone attempting to enter the Extravaganza with other types of ice chests or wheeled carts will NOT be admitted.

Ice and setups will be served to each table by Sodexo Live! staff throughout the evening.
